Inclusive employer Comeau's Sea Foods is hosting a unique event with Alain Bossé, otherwise known as "The Kilted Chef."
On August 29th, there will be cooking demonstrations in the Saulnierville stockroom at 3 pm and 5 pm. There will also be chowder and seafood tastings in the outdoor tent between 3 pm and 7 pm.
The chef's new cookbook, "The Acadian Kitchen," will be available for sale and can be signed by the chef himself. Proceeds of the sales will be donated to Atelier de Clare.
